2014 - A Whole New Year for Me.....

Good day My Fellow Bloggers and Followers,

I hope you all had a fab Xmas and New Year and that every one is rested out and happy to start the New Year of 2014.  I am lying in bed with bronchitis, a spider bite (bitten me twice) and a eye that was swollen for more than a week of a bee sting.  So my new year started in three's but this is not going to bring me down at all.  I am more determined than ever to be more successful this year than ever.

At the end of last Year it was quite hectic for me and I didn't blog much as I wanted as there was not time and my schedule was so hectic, so I do apologize for that.

My baby boy Erasmus of 18 years and his girlfriend Dalischa has written matric and passed with such good grades, I am so proud of them.  Good luck with you studies this year and I know that you will make a success of it......And of course you where the most stunning couple at the Matric Farewell....I love you so very much!!!!!!

My oldest boy Christiaan (with the hat) and his girlfriend Nicole visited us for an amazing 15 days over Xmas and New Year, as he lives in Cape Town and we haven't seen them from February 2013 until.  We have done so much together in this 15 days and I am so happy that they were with us and we did so much as we could. Thank you so much for a wonderful Pizza Night that I will never forget....we had so many laughs and giggles and were stuffed.........Every day spent with you guys over this 15 days was awesome and  a blessing and I love you guys very much.

Spending the 23rd of December with the Lottering Family, had a lovely braai at home and went for a sunset cruise on the Hartbeespoort dam....

The 24th of December....we always do presents the night before Xmas.....we had so many laughs until we had a phone call later the evening that my Mother has a stroke...We all rushed to the hospital to be with her until the early morning when they said we must leave now so that she can rest.  She had a big stroke but recovered very well and only her balance to walk is still not fine.  She is getting stronger and stronger every day.  We thank God that he spared her for another year to be with us....

The 25th of December - Xmas day and the men could not stay out of the pool, we also spend the day with the Van Staden Family (my husband sister), as they are moving away and we do not know when we will be able to see them again, they were also in an accident a week before and my sister in law broke her left arm quite badly.
